Have you met Nick (Jr)?

Have you met the very likeable Nick (Jr) Metha. Nick is our hard working jack of all trades. He services bikes, sells bikes and even played a heavy lifting part in our Winter 2018 renovations. But there is more to Nick than meets the eye.

Here is a little more about Nick that many of you probably don’t know.

Nick Jr Fun Facts

1. He is a world renowned Mandolin player. Nick recently toured Europe as a member of the Melbourne Mandolin Orchestra.
2. In 2018, Nick was nominated for Best Actor in the state-wide Lyrebird 2018 Year 12 School Production Awards
3. Recently attended SRAM Technical University where he didn’t win the award for cleaning up his workspace as per the instruction. Someone else won that. However they created an award for Nick as his cleaned up workspace was actually better than the ask!!
4. He races both CX & Road (Crits) in the famous Croydon Cycleworks colours
5. His favourite bike he owns is his Focus Mares CX
6. His favourite ride is Bormio (Italy) to the summit of the Stelvio Pass
7. He loves the sound of a Chris King freewheel
8. He loves drive train efficiencies and waxing his chain
